Sumita Dutta - an Early Years Practitioner for the past 20 years. Sumita has a range of experiences and understanding on how appropriate support and education can have a positive impact on children’s learning and development. Sumita is the SEN Governor on the LGB. | ![]() |
Jamie Bailey is a marketing specialist who has a background in Financial Services and Video Game Production. He worked with a number of charities supporting local children before joining Aragon as a governor. |

Linda Hall was appointed as a community governor in September 2023. She has lived and worked in Sutton since 1973. Linda is an educational professional and has been a Headteacher and Educational Consultant. She retired in 2016 and is currently also a Trustee of PACE Academy Trust. | ![]() |
Bradley Coupar is a Social Worker with over 30 years of experience supporting children, young people and adults with multiple complex needs. |

J-D Price is an educationalist with over 20 years’ experience. He is currently Senior Deputy Head at Ibstock Place School in Roehampton and Chair of the Burns Price Foundation, a charity that awards grants to young pupils to help fund youth-lead community projects. | ![]() |
Brijesh Narikot is an IT consultant with over 20 years of experience working with various financial institutions globally. He is looking to bring that experience into the Governor's role to help the school in achieving its goals. |

Nicole Bradley is an experienced Human Resources leader, with experience across a range of industries. She has a particular specialism in talent management, learning & development and culture change and is passionate about enabling all to reach their full potential. | ![]() |
Dominique Delhalle has worked as a teacher of modern languages for 40 years both in Belgium and in England. She was a parent governor when her children were at school and is looking forward to getting back to it now that she has retired from teaching. |

Henry Cohen is a business and technology transformation specialist with a background in Media and Central Government. He is delighted to bring that experience to the benefit of Abbey School’s staff, pupils, and parents. | ![]() |
Neil Price has worked in education for over 30 years as a drama teacher and school leader. Currently a Tutor for the National Institute of Teaching, Neil works closely with trainee teachers as they take their first steps in education. Neil is also a keen golfer and former stand-up comedian and is delighted to be a part of the Aragon community. |

Abi Shugaa is a parent of two children at Abbey - one in Year 3 and one in Reception. She has been extremely impressed with the school and would welcome the opportunity to support and contribute to its continued development. Abbey offers a safe, nurturing and enjoyable environment for children and she is keen to help ensure that every child benefits from this experience. |

Gemma Fromage-Crawford - has 3 children, the eldest in year 1 at Aragon. Gemma has been a pharmacist for the last 15 years and is also a qualified personal trainer. |

Jerome Dussard-Mcfarlane - I have two children, with my eldest in reception at Aragon. I am an accountant with over 10 years experience and I am hoping to be able contribute as a parent governor using my finance experience, and in any other way possible. |

Aaron Tanner - Premises Manager since 2019, Aaron works to maintain and improve the image of the school, helping to create a wonderful environment for the staff, students and parents. Aaron also sits on the Trust Finance and Premises committee. | ![]() |
Amanda Curl - Works as a Reception teacher and is also the School Council Lead. Amanda attended Aragon and Glenthorne herself as a child. |

Laura Pettinger - Laura has worked at Abbey Primary School for 20 years across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. She has also taken on a role with the English Hub as a Literacy Specialist, working within London, to offer intensive support to schools to develop reading and early language development. | ![]() |
Zoey Kennett has been a dedicated member of the Aragon Primary School community for over five years, working in the school office where she manages attendance, admissions, and a wide range of administrative responsibilities. |

Laura Dalton - Laura has a background in HR and school governance having worked as HR Manager and Clerk to Trustees/Governors at Glenthorne before joining the governing body when she retired in 2018. | ![]() |
Tom Berry - Tom is an Independent Council Member for King's College London, Trustee for The Employers' Network for Equality and Inclusion and a Non-Executive Director of Mental Health First Aid England. Tom has a background in journalism, marketing and PR, and provides consultancy and strategy for a range of communications agencies in the UK. He has two daughters at Glenthorne. |

Kevin Mohr (Chair) - works for the Government and has a background in financial management and crisis management. Kevin sits on the Trust Finance, Premises and Audit committee and has also been Honorary Secretary at Sutton & Epsom Rugby Club for the last 12 years. | ![]() |
Henry Lee - A senior lecturer in Environmental Quantam Microbiology and Biotechnology. From an engineering and science background. Henry is a keen advocate for the progression of STEM subjects at Glenthorne. |

Helen Young - Helen was appointed as a governor in 2023. She was previously lead presenter at the BBC Weather Centre. Helen has completed the London Marathon and raised £5000 for charity. Helen now works for the PWLC and gives assemblies and speeches on sustainability. | ![]() |
DQ Nguyen - A parent of 5 children, 3 of whom are at Glenthorne, DQ is a chartered accountant by training, with experience as a finance director. DQ advocates for not only the financial, but also the social and educational responsibilities of the school. |

Cecilia Beyefeld - Cecilia was appointed as a parent governor in 2022. Cecilia is an educational professional and has worked in in education for 24 years and is currently a Deputy Head in a Primary School in London. As a Safeguarding and Mental Health Lead, she is passionate about the welfare and wellbeing of children and young people in an ever-increasing complex world. | Naiya Gandhi – As a mother of two and experienced project manager, I am committed to fostering a positive school environment that supports both academic excellence and personal growth. With leadership experience as General Secretary for a volunteer organisation, I am passionate about enhancing children's health and education and look forward to working with the school community to ensure every student's success. | |

Clare is a Senior Civil Servant and has worked in a variety of policy and operational roles across the Ministry of Justice, Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office, the Crown Prosecution Service and for the London Borough of Sutton. Clare has two daughters at Glenthorne High School. |

Lucas Maxwell - Lucas has been Librarian at Glenthorne for the last decade, supporting the development of reading. He has a passion for books and encourages reading in a variety of creative ways. Lucas was awarded the prestigious Librarian of the Year award 5 years ago. |
